Mr. Pang is a Chartered Electrical Engineer with 29 years of experience specializing in the design and project management of transport infrastructure projects in Asia Pacific. He completed the design and implementation of the first integrated traffic control centre in Hong Kong and the ITS systems of a number of world class road tunnels and expressways in Asia. He is currently a Director of Parsons Brinckerhoff and President of the ITS Hong Kong from 2009 to 2011.
